The next Rainbow Board Meeting will be held on Saturday October 26, 2024 beginning at 9:00am.
The meeting will be held at the Comfort Inn Gold Coast, 11201 Coastal Highway.

New Storage Choices Available for Rainbow Owners
1. Wooden Locker- 2.5’ x 3’ x 4’ (30 cu. ft). Located in back of parking garage. Suitable for beach chairs and equipment.
2. Wire Cage- 3’ x 3’ x 6’ (54 cu. ft) and 6’ x 3’ x 6’ (108 cu. ft.). Located in 2nd floor storage room. Suitable for bikes, beach umbrellas,
3. Storage Closet- 8’x 6’x 3’ (144 cu. ft.). Located in 3rd floor trash room. Suitable for whatever fits (obviously no combustibles, etc.).
The Details
Pilot Program: A limited number are available now and more will be built if owners want them. There is a five-year Storage Locker Lease Agreement. Fees are consistent with those established by other condominium associations and cover all costs incurred for common area modifications and for financing, purchasing, and constructing the storage units.
